Responsibilities
Handle all phases of general liability litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
Appear in court for motions, hearings, and mediations as needed
Draft and review legal documents, reports, and client communications
Manage your caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys
Develop litigation strategies and maintain high-quality client service standards
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability or professional liability litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote setting
Confident courtroom presence and solid understanding of California civil procedure
Preferred
4–8 years of experience in general liability or professional liability litigation
