Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of survey projects—boundary, topographic, construction, and more—ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Daily interaction and coordination with the office Survey Team Manager

Lead and mentor project managers, project surveyors, CAD technicians, and field crews. Support and coach their technical growth and ensure team cohesion

Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, clarity in scope, and proactive communication. Writing proposals based on client request and requirements

Oversee survey methodologies, quality control, compliance with state statutes and rules, municipal requirements and Galloway standards of practice. Provide strategic guidance on best practices

Act as a knowledge resource for junior staff, fostering development and knowledge sharing within the survey group
