Draft mineral title opinions for large-scale acreage and multi-parcel matters

Qualification

Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in oil and gas title work (2 years + preferred)
Prior experience or clerkship at a recognized title law firm
Texas State Bar (or willingness to obtain)
Strong analytical drafting skills for complex title opinions
Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week

Preferred

Secondary licensure in WY, MT, CO, IL, KY, or TN
Experience preparing large-scale mineral title opinions (ranches, multi-lot neighborhoods, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud-based legal systems
Interest in client-facing opportunities and relational practice
Desire to be part of a community-based, collaborative team
