Responsibilities
Achieve targeted revenue and profitability benchmarks for building envelope services
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical professionals
Provide business and technical guidance across projects to ensure quality outcomes
Foster strong and lasting relationships with key clients
Lead business development initiatives and secure new opportunities
Manage proposal development and negotiate expanded service agreements
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance indicators
Deliver trusted technical expertise to clients and internal teams alike
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect in the state of Arizona
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in building envelope consulting
Demonstrated success managing both project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams
Proven track record of securing and developing building envelope business
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Eagerness to participate in our employee-ownership model
