Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
15+ years of land development and site design experience
7+ years of staff management and leadership experience
Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting
Strong communication, public presentation, and organisational skills
Preferred
PE license
