They are currently seeking a Senior Designer II to join their Civil Engineering team, requiring technical expertise in site design to independently manage projects and mentor Designers.

Responsibilities
Project Management responsibilities that include developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and leading project teams in permitting, engineering and construction activities
Prepare design drawings using AutoCAD and other civil engineering design and modeling software
Complete required engineering calculations and technical summaries
Knowledgeable of local jurisdiction and state permitting / approval processes
Perform construction administration related duties such as site visits, field reports, shop drawing review, and respond to contractor RFI’s
Able to coordinate and effectively communicate with people in other disciplines, with clients, and with jurisdiction reviewers and staff
Mentor, manage and train Designers
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, and VantagePoint
Professional Engineer (PE) License in respective state
Project Management experience
