Responsibilities

Manage one of our talent development programs (e.g. Career Development enablement)
Facilitate key global programs for the Talent and Leadership Development team (e.g. New Hire Orientation, Leadership development) across functions and regions
Leverage AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to design scalable, high-engagement learning experiences that deliver real business impact
Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify learning needs, create targeted solutions, and align programs with Databricks’ ambitious growth and innovation roadmap
Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data and experimentation, and continuously iterate to maximize reach, adoption, and outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years' experience owning global learning or talent programs in fast-paced, scaling companies
Proven success guiding talent or leadership development program delivery, with expertise managing stakeholders and priorities amid complexity and ambiguity
Deeply analytical, using data for decision-making, continuous improvement, and demonstrating clear program impact
Creative, resourceful problem-solver who thrives on turning uncertainty into high-impact solutions
Strong communicator and influencer with a track record of building consensus and delivering quality results with minimal direction
