Responsibilities
Lead embedded software projects, coordinating engineering, hardware, firmware, and applications teams
Act as the main liaison with customers, capturing requirements, managing expectations and communicating project progress
Plan and manage development sprints, track milestones, and adapt priorities to meet changing project needs
Facilitate technical discussions, guide decision-making, and ensure alignment across teams
Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and improve team processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related engineering field
8+ years in embedded or systems-level software, preferably with semiconductor or hardware integration experience
Experience with Linux or Windows OS architectures and low-level device driver development (wdf, kmdf, Linux kernel device driver development for serial hardware peripheral devices)
Proven experience leading technical teams or projects
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
