Qualification
Required
10+ years in OSS – Performance Management (or as per requirement)

Strong understanding of network KPIs, fault and performance correlation
Ability to analyze network performance trends and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G) and OSS functionalities
Strong reporting skills and attention to detail
