Responsibilities
Follow up with prospects
Sell and Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
Navigate multiple computer systems
Act with world-class professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external
Qualification
Required
Licensed – Current license required
Experienced – The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus
Leadership – The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry
Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care
Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all
Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
Engaged – Show us you want to be successful and enjoy making connections with people, and you will see opportunities come your way. Our ideal candidate will want to take the ball, and run with it!
Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success
