Responsibilities
Input application data collected by Loan Officer into the system and ensure data accuracy
Review complex files, identify issues, and determine solutions prior to submission for processing
Prepare or assist with loan documentation
Review loan application packages for completeness, accuracy, potential fraud, and inconsistencies
Ensure loan documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and policy standards
Ensure complete and accurate file submissions to processing
Maintain strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations to ensure loan file compliance
Work effectively under time constraints
Work independently and collaboratively with the team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Understanding of general loan guidelines
Previous mortgage loan experience
One year experience with Encompass
Proficient computer skills
Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
2 years of college preferred
