Mid LevelLegal Management Group (LMG) is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Representative to join their team. The role involves selling services, cultivating relationships, and enhancing brand awareness in the market, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Promote the firm’s services to prospective clients, including body shops, clinics, and other potential partners
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships
Achieve sales targets through direct outreach and relationship management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective business partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Actively address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner
Travel regularly to meet with clients, visit partner locations, and attend industry events
Represent the firm in a professional manner to increase visibility and reputation in the market
Act as the firm’s ambassador to promote brand awareness and convey the value of our services
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth
Prepare and present sales reports, including performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights
Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and align with market demands
Qualification
Required
California Driver's License & own vehicle, willing to travel within the area assigned
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a Spanish Speaker!
The ability to establish and maintain professional networks
Strong negotiating skills
Proficiency in conducting market research and preparing detailed reports
The ability to travel regularly
Multitasking skills
A high degree of professionalism
Ability to relate to people from different walks of life regardless of culture/ethnicity, affiliations, gender, socio-economic status, et cetera
Preferred
Experience in legal services or personal injury is a plus
