Responsibilities

Serve as the technical face of the company at client locations

Perform hands-on networking tasks

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Support device imaging, deployment, and user onboarding/offboarding

Maintain clean, professional workstation and cable setups

Provide Level 1–2 support both onsite and remotely

Resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, printers, connectivity, and Remote Desktop

Manage tickets end-to-end: intake, updates, follow-ups, and warm escalations

Create and maintain knowledge base articles

Keep client records up to date in PSA/CRM tools (Autotask, Salesforce, monday.com)

Train alongside Engineering and Service Desk teams

Participate in certifications and professional development
