Responsibilities
Customer Service including
Working with MS Office Suite
Proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
Greeting Visitors
Answering Phones
Editing briefs
Maintaining calendars
Handling media requests to include copying, creating, shipping and adding incoming media to program database
Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School diploma
One (1) year of Administrative Support
Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent written and oral skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Active Secret Clearance
Will be required to pass a background investigation
Must be a U.S. Citizen
