Responsibilities
Lead all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and cash management
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and produce GAAP-compliant financials
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accurate, reliable financial data
Monitor cash flow, bank activity, and treasury functions
Direct the budgeting and forecasting process and prepare ongoing financial analysis
Present financial insights to leadership and support strategic decision-making
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions
Oversee ERP, accounting systems, and workflow optimization
Implement process improvements and automation as the company grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5–10+ years of accounting leadership experience
Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
Experience with QuickBooks and process optimization
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, growth-focused company
