Design and author challenging, domain-specific problems to generate high-quality training data

Apply rigorous analytical reasoning to ensure correctness, depth, and difficulty of all submissions

Communicate clearly with research teams while maintaining high standards of precision and clarity

Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured workflows and feedback loops

Qualification

Required

Strong experience supported by a PhD in a STEM field such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), Biology, Chemistry, or Physics from a top university

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor

Comfort engaging directly with research teams in collaborative settings
