Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support across client environments (servers, networks, endpoints, cloud)
Troubleshoot escalated issues involving Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and security
Support and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, backups, and virtualization platforms
Assist with project work including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Communicate clearly with clients and document work accurately
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
Prior MSP experience required
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Experience with Azure Entra ID, Azure VM's
Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
Experience with virtualization administration (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
Comfortable working onsite with Dallas-area clients as needed
