Responsibilities

Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information systems

Ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure

Respond to computer security breaches and viruses

Provide maintenance and creation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages

Qualification

Required

Clearance required: Secret

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

At least five (5) years of experience in Information Assurance related field

Thorough knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls/Risk Management Framework (RMF) Accreditation (assessment and authorization) Process

Security + or equivalent DOD INST 8570 compliant certification required

Preferred

Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)

Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Evaluate-STIG, and eMASSter

Strong ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
