Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of CMM and X-ray inspection systems
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and software issues
Preventative maintenance and breakdown support
Customer training and technical support
Acting as a technical representative for the company on site
Accurate reporting and documentation of service activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within metrology
Hands-on experience with CMM systems and/or industrial X-ray inspection systems
Strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Full U.S driving licence
90–100% travel required
