Regional Account Manager (Industrial Sales)

The role involves developing sales objectives, establishing new business relationships, and managing existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Work with executive management to develop sales objectives and market penetration strategies
Establish new business relationships and continue to grow existing customer accounts
Attend tradeshows, channel partner exhibits, seminars, and trade association events
Prospect and secure projects with engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators, distributors, and OEMs
Continuous research of industry and competitive environment
Internal reporting and presentation: market analysis, sales figures, and project updates
Product and sales training for distributors’ sales representatives
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of professional sales experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Working proficiency in MS Office Suites and CRM or other enterprise data systems
Team-oriented with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
Must be willing to travel up to 50%
Preferred
Preferred experience working with industrial OEMs and equipment fabricators, distributors, engineers, or designers
