Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Node.js
Build and consume RESTful APIs, including authentication, authorization, and pagination
Architect and maintain database schemas with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across frontend and backend systems
Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams, including product and design
Take ownership of features from initial concept through deployment and iteration
Write clear technical documentation and communicate trade-offs effectively
Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and overall reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in full-stack web development
Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Advanced experience with Node.js and Express
Solid experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture
Experience designing scalable data models and optimizing database performance
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Next.js preferred
Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms
