Standard Solar aims to expand its Structured Finance team. The Manager will assist in structuring and negotiating, primarily responsible for managing and executing tax equity and debt financings.

Responsibilities

Manage all deliverables for ordinary course deployment to existing tax equity and debt funds

Coordinate diligence for and manage day-to-day relationships with tax equity investors and lenders

Assist with negotiation of and lead modeling and diligence efforts for new tax equity and debt funds

Build, maintain, and extend project finance and corporate financial models

Manage and develop analysts

Support evaluation of strategic opportunities

Required

BS/BA with a concentration in economics, finance, accounting, energy, or a related field

4+ years in project finance at a financial institution lending or investing in, an advisor on transactions relating to, or a developer of, renewable energy projects

Fluency in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Excellent analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Experience working across teams and with external partners
