Responsibilities
Support the technical design process, contributing to quality, consistency, and accuracy across assigned product areas
Assist in maintaining technical standards for garment construction, fit, and functionality
Support KPI tracking and improvement initiatives, including defect rates, first-time pass rates, production efficiency, compliance, and returns
Assist with quality control processes, including fabric testing, audits, and adherence to safety standards
Partner with manufacturers to support consistent execution of technical requirements throughout production
Participate in fit sessions, documenting feedback and helping to identify and resolve potential technical issues
Support sampling processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with specifications
Collaborate with Designers, Buyers, and Suppliers to provide technical input on new product development and construction methods
Help analyze returns and quality issues and support implementation of corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Approximately 3 years of experience in a Technical Design or related role (multi-product experience preferred)
Strong foundational knowledge of garment construction, fit, quality control, and fabric testing
Experience working with manufacturers and/or suppliers
Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
