Responsibilities
Conduct online/offline training sessions on Radio Network Controller (RNC) operations
Explain RNC architecture, radio network integration, and network planning concepts

Provide guidance on performance optimization, fault analysis, and KPI management

Qualification
Required
Expertise in RNC operations (2G/3G/4G networks)
Strong knowledge of Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture and protocols
Experience with network monitoring, fault management, and optimization
Excellent communication and presentation skills for training delivery
Ability to prepare lab exercises, practical demonstrations, and course content
10+ years in RNC/Radio Network Engineering (or as per requirement)
Preferred
Familiarity with ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, or Huawei RNC platforms is a plus
Knowledge of KPI analysis, network performance tuning, and fault resolution is preferred
