Responsibilities
Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers
Communicate effectively with customers
Perform basic equipment maintenance (training available)
Perform basic vehicle maintenance (training available)
Inspect completed work
Complete the technician’s daily log (training available)
Complete Work Orders
Complete appropriate restoration documentation (training available)
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma (or GED)
Some previous restoration experience (such as mold remediation or water restoration)
Adequate math skills
Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
Preferred
Any certifications, such as those in Water Mitigation, Mold, Trauma, etc
