Providing support to attorneys on a full spectrum of business immigration matters

Handling a diverse caseload of complex immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L, O-1, E-1/2, TN, J, EB-5, and naturalization matters

Ensuring accuracy, responding to requests for evidence, and maintaining detailed case records

Qualification

Business immigration experienceComplex petitions knowledgeINSZoom proficiencyMicrosoft Office proficiencyAttention to detail

Required

Experience as an Immigration Paralegal in a law firm

Strong working knowledge of complex immigration petitions and filings

Ability to handle a diverse caseload of complex immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L, O-1, E-1/2, TN, J, EB-5, and naturalization matters

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case records

Ability to respond to requests for evidence

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with immigration case management systems such as INSZoom
