Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, complex technical programs by defining goals, critical paths, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies
Drive alignment and secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources while managing cross-functional dependencies
Oversee end-to-end system solution design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to architectural standards
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and unblock teams to maintain program momentum and achieve business objectives
Establish and improve scalable workflows, automate processes, and mentor team members on best practices and technical decisions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to influence alignment and decision-making

Required

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Option 2: 9 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area

Preferred

Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years' experience in product design
We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
