Responsibilities

Own and grow a multi-million-dollar Data & AI sales portfolio across Tier-1 and Tier-2 BFS clients
Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing strategic accounts
Build and execute account-level growth plans aligned to BFS business priorities
Engage with CXOs, Heads of Data, Analytics, Digital, Risk, and Technology
Position end-to-end offerings across:
Data Engineering & Cloud Data Platforms
Advanced Analytics & BI
AI / ML & GenAI
Risk, Fraud, AML, Compliance Analytics
Customer Intelligence & Personalization
Lead complex deal pursuits from opportunity shaping through closure
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leaders, and partners to craft differentiated proposals
Translate regulatory, risk, and business challenges into measurable AI-led outcomes
Support pricing, commercials, and contract negotiations
Stay current with BFS trends, including regulatory changes, AI governance, cloud modernization, and GenAI adoption
Build strong relationships with hyperscalers, data platforms, and AI ecosystem partners
Represent the firm at industry forums, client workshops, and executive briefings

Required

12+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or consulting
7+ years selling Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital solutions to BFS clients
Proven track record of closing $5M–$20M+ deals in banking or financial services
Strong understanding of BFS use cases: Risk & Compliance, Fraud & Financial Crime, Credit & Lending Analytics, Wealth, Payments, and Customer Experience
Experience selling consultative, outcome-based engagements

Preferred

Established relationships within US-based banks, capital markets firms, or insurers
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks
Exposure to GenAI, agentic AI, and AI governance frameworks
Strong executive presence and storytelling skills
