Responsibilities

Lead and support Epic Ambulatory Willow build, configuration, and validation
Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows
Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness
Provide go-live and post–go-live support, including onsite support during activation
Troubleshoot issues and recommend workflow and system improvements

Required

Epic Willow Ambulatory certification (required)
Prior Epic Ambulatory Willow implementation experience
Strong knowledge of ambulatory prescribing and medication workflows
Experience supporting testing and go-live activities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
