Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support
Lead planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
Own monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
Prepare financial presentations and performance summaries for leadership
Support cost center management, headcount tracking, and profitability analysis
Participate in month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Support process improvement initiatives and financial systems enhancements

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related disciplines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial reporting and planning tools preferred
Ability to synthesize data and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA) preferred
