Responsibilities

Serve as a technical SME for major system initiatives supporting Operations Management Systems

Lead and support enterprise application development and vendor system implementations from planning through post-deployment support

Enforce and follow established change management processes to ensure system availability and operational reliability

Participate across the full application lifecycle, including:

Requirements gathering and business analysis

System and technical design

Development, testing, and quality assurance

Deployment, training, and ongoing production support

Provide day-to-day operational support for existing applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Apply cybersecurity best practices and support compliance with regulatory standards such as NERC CIP and FERC Standards of Conduct

Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems during off-hours
