Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows & Citrix endpoint and cloud environments (M365, Intune, Exchange, Autopilot, Entra ID, etc.)
Provide technical support, troubleshooting complex issues while meeting established SLA's
Act as a primary technical contact for technology service providers
Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Serve as the technical resource for the team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members
Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain optimal operations
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
Partner and implement system upgrades, migrations, and deployments while minimizing operational disruption
Participate in technology optimization projects and the implementation of new solutions for Concentra centers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Degree must be from an accredited college or university
5+ years of experience in systems administration
Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint management
Experience with IGEL virtualization technology and thin client management
Comprehensive understanding of SCCM, MS Intune, and MS O365
Manage and maintain organization-wide usage of communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
Familiarity with managing MSP (Managed Service Provider) solutions and remote technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
