HR Talent Systems & Training Specialist
Info Origin Inc. is seeking an HR Talent Systems & Training Specialist to support talent acquisition and performance management initiatives. The role involves delivering training, developing materials, and analyzing data to enhance HR practices.

Responsibilities
Deliver virtual and in-person training on Workday and HR recruiting best practices, including talent pool optimization, interviewing, and hiring processes
Develop, maintain, and update training materials (courses, exercises, handouts, and exams) to reflect best practices, policy changes, and participant feedback
Research and apply training best practices to support continuous program improvement and effective learning outcomes
Analyze training and recruiting data to create reports, presentations, and visual summaries for stakeholders
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, respond to stakeholder requests, and assist with additional duties as assigned
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering training through multiple methods
Experience delivering training through multiple methods of delivery including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc
Good communication skills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all levels
Program management and administration skills: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
Aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources OR one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or position equivalent

Workday Core HCM: 4 years (Required)

Preferred
Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management) or other Workday module within an HR department as an administrator
