Client Liaison - Spontaneous Applications
Artlogic is a category leading technology platform for the art world, seeking passionate individuals to join their team. The Client Liaison role involves providing high-quality customer service and technical support to clients, assisting with onboarding, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for technical support across our products
Help triage incoming support via email and phone
Deliver friendly, informative training sessions via video calls
Assist new clients with onboarding and account set-up
Create and update help articles and internal support documents
Log feedback to help shape our product development
Collaborate with Sales, Tech and Product teams to deliver a great client experience
Qualification
Required
A confident, thoughtful communicator with a friendly, professional manner
Someone curious, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across digital tools
An organiser who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Humble and approachable, with a strong sense of team spirit
Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal
Preferred
Ideally, a genuine interest in the art world or experience working with galleries, museums or creative teams
Experience in technical support, SaaS or Art Tech is a plus!
