Support the account management team by preparing client and employee-facing materials, conducting benefit education meetings, managing the full client lifecycle, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation

Review enrollment and master applications for accuracy, adhere to service models and timelines, and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless, high-quality service

Represent the firm professionally at community events while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a unified, proactive client experience

Qualification

Reading SPDsInsurance certificatesContracts interpretationMathematical abilityCommunication

Required

Associate degree or equivalent experience with the ability to read and interpret SPDs, insurance certificates, and contracts

Strong communication skills to explain complex benefit topics clearly and document activities accurately

Solid mathematical ability, including calculating figures and applying basic math concepts
