Responsibilities
Help the sales team with different stages of projects, from planning to post-sale support
Provide engineering support to contractors and engineers
Assist with preparing equipment details for approval
Enter and track orders to make sure projects stay on schedule
Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and promote products
Help create proposals for customer projects
Support the sale and installation of complex systems like chillers, air handling units, and air conditioning systems
Recommend equipment changes that could save costs or improve efficiency
Provide ongoing support and follow-up on projects
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field)
A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a team environment
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
The ability to think critically and solve problems
A knack for learning new tools and technologies
Detail-oriented and able to keep projects organized
