Execute on the transformation of the finance function to support the new business operating structure and to integrate diverse units brought together through acquisition
Have full responsibility for financial reporting as a strategic partner to the CFO
Manage financial reporting and metrics across a multi-location, distributed business model
Implement best practices in the accounting function
Recruit and augment a high-performance team in an aggressively forward-moving culture
Qualification
Required
Full responsibility for financial reporting as a strategic partner to the CFO
Managing financial reporting and metrics across a multi-location, distributed business model
Strong people manager and 'in the trenches' leader
Implementing best practices in the accounting function
Recruiting and augmenting a high-performance team in an aggressively forward-moving culture
Experience leading multi-unit, multi-location operations
Demonstrated success building and developing the finance and accounting functions and teams
Experience in a growing and transforming, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
