The role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced network security solutions while acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional services engagements including installation, configuration, and optimisation of network security solutions
Provide expert-level technical guidance to customers during and after deployments
Lead and support complex troubleshooting and performance tuning activities
Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure customer success
Deliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer workshops
Travel to customer sites as required (within the Netherlands and occasionally internationally)

Required

Strong experience in network security and enterprise networking
Background in professional services, consulting, or post-sales engineering
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network architectures
Experience working with security technologies such as network detection & response, traffic analysis, firewalls, or similar
Comfortable engaging directly with customers in a consultative capacity
Fluent in English

Preferred

Dutch is beneficial but not essential
