SGA Dental Partners is hiring a new ePMS Implementation Specialist to support the Director of ePMS in the planning and execution of Patient Management System implementations. The role involves assisting with system setup, testing, training, and providing go-live support as the company transitions to a standardized PMS.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of ePMS in planning and executing PMS conversions across SGA locations

Assist with system configuration, setup, testing, and validation of the enterprise PMS

Partner closely with SGA subject matter experts, practice teams, and external vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle

Assist in developing and delivering internal training for locations preparing for system rollout

Provide on-site and remote implementation support as assigned

Utilize and adhere to critical implementation checklists to ensure readiness before, during, and after go-live

Gather end-user feedback and identify opportunities for system configuration improvements

Apply strong problem-solving skills to address implementation issues and ongoing support needs

Collaborate with IT Support on technical troubleshooting and escalations as needed

Required

1 to 3 years of experience in software implementation, system support, or project coordination

Working knowledge of PMS systems (Denticon, Dentrix, etc)

Foundational understanding of dental office operations, including: Patient management, Appointment scheduling, Revenue cycle management or billing, Reporting and clinical or administrative workflows

Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willingness and ability to travel to SGA locations as required - up to 40%
