Responsibilities
Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns using proprietary systems
Collects data for preparation of various reports using Excel, PDFs, or from databases
Compiles data for reports and collates into a single report
Assists in preparing, reviewing, or auditing reports
Schedules, reports, and tracks information for department
Forwards documents in system as needed
Qualification
Required
Local candidates only - will work onsite 5 days per week
Strictly temporary position for tax season
MUST NOT HAVE ANY TIME OFF NEEDED DURING ASSIGNMENT DATES
Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns using proprietary systems
Collects data for preparation of various reports using Excel, PDFs, or from databases
Compiles data for reports and collates into a single report
Assists in preparing, reviewing, or auditing reports
Schedules, reports, and tracks information for department
Forwards documents in system as needed
Candidates must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Candidates must have 4-6 years of financial services experience and 1-2 years of tax processing experience
Knowledge of: Processing and reviewing partnership tax returns
Skill in: Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to: Build solid, effective working relationships with others
Ability to: Coach others in the development of their skills
Ability to: Execute instructions and request clarification when necessary
Ability to: Provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns
Ability to: Speak clearly and concisely
Ability to: Convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents
Ability to: Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
