Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership by defining strategic plans for organization aligned with JLL and client objectives while acting as main point of contact for HR processes and talent development
Manage large team of +90 team members in Specialist Support Center operations while building "one-team" approach through collaboration and synergies between sub-teams
Give oversight to central SSC operational teams ensuring operational excellence and strong integration across delivered services while defining KPIs, measurements, and reporting capabilities
Work closely with GREF leadership workgroup on strategic developments while acting as trusted advisor to client and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Perform oversight over financials related to managed operation while ensuring internal compliance and controls regarding revenue and cost management for operational effectiveness
Identify new client needs and areas requiring support while translating into new processes and services setup and conceptualizing initial needs into feasible solutions
Drive overall knowledge and skillset across team through strong learning and development programme while building culture embracing customer centricity and continuous improvement

Required

+10 years of experience in managerial positions including handling various team types and diversified reporting models with experience managing and developing individuals and teams remotely
Experience in services delivered remotely with particular focus on real estate service delivery and corporate real estate experience for significant operational benefit
Higher education degree in management, finance or other business-related areas with vast experience in people management and talent development achievements in shaping team culture
Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop innovative, flexible solutions to deliver client results with track record in building strong client relationships based on service delivery excellence
Capability to think strategically and see big picture combined with ability to dive into detail and understand elementary process activities for comprehensive operational oversight
Strong understanding of commercials related to service delivery with project management capabilities to oversee multiple developments in parallel and give oversight to project leads
Problem solving skills combined with out-of-the-box thinking about scope of delivered services with logical and analytical thinking and data analysis experience

Preferred

Experience in operating across different cultures within multinational global corporate while demonstrating excellent communication skillset with ability to shift between various communication styles
Strong prioritizing and time management skillset applied to own workload as well as team management with preference for work in dynamic organizations
Flexibility and willingness to learn and deep dive into new operational areas while demonstrating ability to take up new responsibilities within short transition periods
Understanding of establishing transparent operational dashboards and regular reporting cadence to provide leadership with clear visibility into team performance and capacity utilization
Knowledge of implementing meaningful productivity tracking and resource allocation systems that demonstrate clear ROI and actionable insights for operational optimization
Experience conducting regular capacity analysis to ensure optimal workload distribution while identifying underutilized resources for comprehensive team management
Understanding of enforcing organizational policies and workplace guidelines including office attendance requirements and operational standards while ensuring team members follow established protocols
