Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable function
Initially perform A/P tasks to understand processes, then transition to leadership and oversight
Resolve disputes and ensure timely, accurate payments
Develop and train the current A/P team member
Manage projects assigned by leadership
Collaborate with operations and finance teams for process improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership skills with an adaptable communication style
Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Operations
Project management experience
No degree required; experience and leadership ability are key
Preferred
Familiarity with Vision and Epicor software
