Responsibilities
Lead and deliver client engagements within pharmacovigilance/drug safety or regulatory affairs
Serve as a trusted advisor to life sciences organizations, providing strategic and operational guidance
Manage project teams and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of work
Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and account growth
Mentor and develop junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as white papers, webinars, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Experience in pharmacovigilance/drug safety or regulatory affairs
Prior management consulting experience within a recognized or specialized consultancy
Strong understanding of life sciences industry challenges, trends, and regulatory environments
Proven ability to manage complex engagements and deliver measurable client impact
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting business development and managing client relationships
