New Grad, Entry LevelSacred Heart Schools is seeking a Temporary ASC Testing Coordinator to support the Director of the Academic Support Center. The role involves managing the ASC testing system, guiding students and teachers, and ensuring appropriate accommodations are provided during academic assessments.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects ASC testing system, including communication with teachers, final exams, and technology management
Guide and educate all teachers and students to understand ASC testing system process and rationale
Review all student learning plans to ensure appropriate accommodations are provided
Serve as primary proctor in the testing room each day
Support students regarding planning and prioritizing as it relates to academic assessments and workflow
Monitor integrity of student behavior during testing and work with ASC Director and/or Dean if a student does not follow policies and practices
Responsible for opening, closing, and securing the ASC Testing Center
Participate actively on ASC team, e.g., attend ASC meetings, support students in the ASC classroom when no testing is going on, visit classes to understand typical instruction and classroom culture
Accomplish all tasks associated with managing weekend special testing for SAT or ACT
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree required
Strong experience with and ability to use Notes, Gmail and Word
Willingness to adapt to an existing program as well as contribute ideas to enhance the learning support programs
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding the information made available in the course of work
A clear commitment to the educational philosophy of the school as articulated in the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart Schools and professional behavior based in it
Strong leadership ability; enjoy working with children and adolescents
Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with students, families and colleagues; willingness to be an active, enthusiastic member of the SHS community
Demonstrable commitment to social justice education: equity, access, inclusion, and multiculturalism
Available and willing to work between 1:30PM and 5:30PM Monday through Friday, actual schedule to be determined
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage testing logistics, schedules, accommodations, and secure materials efficiently
Calm, fair, and consistent in enforcing testing procedures while maintaining academic integrity
Student-centered and supportive, with the ability to help adolescents plan, prioritize, and navigate academic assessments
Clear and effective communicator who can guide students, teachers, and families through testing processes and expectations
Trustworthy and discreet, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, equity, and accessibility
Preferred
Teaching credential preferred
Teaching/proctoring experience in a learning resource center or classroom environment preferred but not required
