Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Cloud Learning modules, including learning catalogs, courses, offerings, assignments, and learner access rules
Design and support integrations between Oracle Cloud Learning and external systems such as LMS platforms, content providers, identity management systems, and HR systems
Manage data migration and ongoing data loads using HDL, FBDI, and related Oracle Cloud tools
Develop and support reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher to track compliance training, certifications, and learning completion
Support security configuration, role-based access, and data privacy controls in alignment with healthcare regulations
Assist with testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live readiness
Monitor system performance, scheduled processes, and integration jobs to ensure operational stability
Partner with functional Learning, HR, IT, and Compliance teams to support regulatory and clinical training needs
Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and support materials
Work with Oracle Support to manage SRs and resolve technical issues
Support mandatory training, credentialing, and certification tracking for clinical and non-clinical staff
Ensure learning data and integrations comply with healthcare privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA)
Assist with audit readiness by supporting reporting and documentation for compliance training
Support large, diverse user populations including clinicians, staff, contractors, and affiliates
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Learning or Oracle HCM Cloud technical support
Hands-on experience with integrations, data loads, reporting, and environment support
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud tools including HDL, FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs
Experience supporting enterprise LMS or learning platforms in regulated environments
Knowledge of cloud security, role management, and data privacy best practices
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with Learning integrations (content vendors, SCORM/xAPI, SSO)
Oracle Cloud HCM or Learning certification
Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
