We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the North American market, focusing on selling IT services and technology solutions while building long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a minimum annual quota of $2M through new business acquisition and account expansion
Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise and mid-market deals, focusing on multi-year IT services and support contracts
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue flow
Develop and execute sales strategies for AI, LLM, GenAI, Data Engineering, and IT solutions
Identify and connect with decision-makers in Pharma, Biotech, Clinical Trials, and Food & Beverage industries
Lead executive-level discussions to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and RFP responses
Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, securing long-term, high-value partnerships
Leverage knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT delivery models to establish credibility with clients
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen market presence
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account strategies using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or account management within IT services or technology
Demonstrated ability to close multi-year contracts with an annual quota achievement of $2M+
Strong knowledge of AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and Data Engineering, with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT project delivery models
Industry experience selling to Pharma, Biotech, Clinical Trials, and Food & Beverage clients
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and C-level presentation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Willingness to travel extensively across North America as needed
