Handling secured financial transactions

Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (i.e. loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements)

Collecting and reviewing due diligence (i.e. title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, leases)

Required

4-6 years of experience handling secured financial transactions and/or commercial real estate experience
