Responsibilities
Manage teammates as they process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application
Ensure all lender remittances and corresponding reporting for all lender types is completed timely and accurately, including all IRP reporting (CMBS) and Agency reporting (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA)
Manage the delivery of funds to external clients and other third parties as required
Manage system balancing, clearing cash exceptions and cash management functions
Manage the daily operations account reviews as well as daily reviews on high-volume DDA’s
Manage and monitor the review of all Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) loans to ensure accurate billing
Manage and monitor the review of all Bond loans to ensure accurate billing
Ensure maintenance of accurate records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds
Provide oversight in the opening and closing of bank accounts
Update Policies and Procedures as needed
Qualification
Required
College Degree or equivalent education and training
6 years of work related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate and timely work product
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with heavy interaction with teammates and clients
Ability to collaborate or work independently
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Ability to lead and manage teammates
Commercial loan operations experience
Preferred
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA commercial mortgage servicing requirements
