Mid LevelSpencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice. The consultant will work with the client team and the ADP team to support the ADP Lyric implementation project.

Responsibilities
Client-side project management of the implementation of ADP Lyric HCM
Collaborate with the ADP team and the client to confirm requirements
Support data and business requirements gathering
Plan, schedule, and monitor client-assigned tasks and deliverables as defined within the ADP implementation project plan
Confirm the project plan’s alignment with organizational needs and requirements
Provide guidance and feedback to assist the client with the change management approach
Identify risks; develop and manage risk mitigation plans in conjunction with the Client team and the ADP implementation project manager
Recommend tactical decisions that align with client objectives
Work with the client to plan for dual maintenance requirements
Work with the client and the ADP team to confirm that appropriate system training is completed by all users
Connect with Client vendors regarding integration requirements, setup, testing, and client approval
Identify risks; develop and manage risk mitigation plans in conjunction with the client and ADP Project Manager
Qualification
Required
