Handle secured financial transactions
Draft and negotiate transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements)
Collect and review due diligence (i.e., title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, leases)

Required

2-4 years of experience as an attorney in Banking and Financial Services
Ability to handle secured financial transactions

Experience in collecting and reviewing due diligence (i.e., title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, leases)
